What began with hair has grown into something more expansive: a way of living that invites us to nourish the body, awaken the senses, and return to nature.

A Note from the Founder
Welcome to Vida Botánica.
Vida Botánica was born from my lifelong relationship with plants and a belief that nature has always offered us a beautiful way back to ourselves.
As a registered dietitian, integrative nutritionist, and herbalist, I have spent years exploring the relationship between nourishment, plants, and wellbeing. What began as a passion for herbal care has grown into a deeper vision: creating a space where botanical wisdom can be experienced through what we use, what we consume, and how we care for ourselves.
Today, Vida Botánica brings together botanical products, teas and herbs, intimate herbal experiences, and personalized nutrition and herbal consultations.
Our offerings are created with intention, to nourish the body, awaken the senses, and invite us to slow down enough to listen to what we need.
We believe wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with a cup of tea, a handful of herbs, a nourishing meal, a moment of stillness, or simply reconnecting with the natural world.
